SHIPPING POLICIES

We believe in having the best possible online shopping experience. All domestic orders ship using USPS rates for weight and dimensions. Our delivery time is typically 5-7 business days. We may occasionally offer free shipping as a promotion for domestic orders of certain items. Please allow for delivery times of up to 2 weeks due to unforeseen courier circumstances. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to all Texas orders. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are now offering first class and priority USPS shipping worldwide. All hats are available to purchase internationally online. Please be aware that taxes or duty fees may be charged upon delivery of international orders. We cannot predict if such fees will be assessed, or how much they will be. We urge you to check the rules of your country’s postal service regarding taxes and duties before placing your order. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred for your order. We are also not responsible for any fees that may be incurred for an inaccurate or incomplete address. Also, please contact us before purchasing if you require tracking and/or expedited shipping beyond what is offered. Thank you so much. Because some remote destinations are not serviceable by the United States Postal Service or may require special accommodation, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order to any destination at our sole discretion. International customers should choose PayPal as their payment method. INCORRECT ADDRESSES: The Pop Hat does not assume responsibility for orders placed online with an incorrect shipping address. Please check carefully that you have entered the correct shipping address – THIS MAY BE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, or if a package must be intercepted with an address correction, customer is responsible for charges to re-ship. SHIPPING MATERIALS: To conserve natural resources, The Pop Hat is committed to reusing boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any markings on boxes that may have made a previous journey!

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

We hope you are fully satisfied with every Pop Hat purchase you make. We’ll replace or repair, free of charge, any hat with a manufacturing defect for one year. Product failures as a result of misuse or improper care are not covered under this warranty. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. We will accept any unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will process your return or exchange as soon as the item is received by us. It may take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to your payment account. Please contact us at info@thepophat.com.
